Cloth badge commemorating the Centenary of the 1798 Rebellion, 1898. 'Who Fears to Speak of '98'. Silk panel, machine embroidered in colours on green background. On shamrock - a harp, bearing the figures '98'. Behind it, crossed pikes and the words as inscription. Below, a wreath out of which arise three flags - French tricolour, green flag with yellow sunburst, and U.S.A flag. Below harp a red hand on a white shield. Distributed around these designs on the field of the shamrock , the names of 18 1798 leaders, etc.;
