Showing in colour the procession proceeding to Daniel O'Connell's house in Merrion Square entitled "The Triumphal Procession of O'Connell and Fellow Martyrs & On their Liberation form the Richmond Bridewell Government State Prison, after 3 Months "Captivity", 7th September 1844. Sketched by W.H. Holbrooke, 4 Crow St. Published for the proprietors by J. MacCormack, 16 Christchurch, Dublin" with the following scenes, inscriptions and titles "Procession Proceeding to the Liberator's House Merrion Square"; In centre below "The Chains and Symbols of Slavery Broken"; in centre above "The Old Parliament House", eagle on either side; in upper corners "The Liberator's House Merrion Square" and "Concilliation Hall"; in lower corners "The Liberator Defending His Countrymen in the Courts 1844" and "High Mass and Thanksgiving for the Liberator". In a black glazed frame.;
