Decorated with black wavy lines at base, neck, lip and handle. Transfer printed on front of body with scene showing Father Mathew addressing a meeting. Around above, FATHER MATHEW ADMINISTERING THE PLEDGE OF TEMPERENCE. On back in transfer printing, PLEDGE I PROMISE TO ABSTAIN FROM ALL INTOXICATING LIQUORS AS LONG AS I LIVE EXCEPT FOR MEDICAL OR SACRAMENTAL PURPOSE AND TO DISCOURAGE THE CAUSE AND PRACTICE OF INTEMPERANCE.;
