Letter of Thomas Ashe to Miss M. Adrien, no sender's address, but written from Lewes Jail (Miss Adrien's information), dated February 12, 1917. Sent to Miss Adrien at the time by Miss Nora Ashe, sister of Thomas Ashe. Personal references and oblique references to situation.
