Note written by a member of the garrison on the back of a requisition form (Jacob's Factory). 'Apologies for rude disturbance. Plea of necessity. A Republican till death. I leave you my glasses as my bit of compensation. 30/4/1916'. This note was written by Mr. Seamus Hughes (Radio Éireann) while a member of the Jacob's Factory garrison by way of apology to a doctor. This information given to a Keeper during Special Exhibition, 1941.;
