Printed in black and showing a central map of Ireland flanked on either side by ribbon-like devices bearing the words 'God Save the Queen' and 'Ireland for the Irish'. Beneath this a blank space for membership details, quoting a fee of one shilling and the name 'T.M. Ray, Secretary'.;
