Guidon of the Healthfield Cavalry, Wexford. Of dark grey-blue silk. In the centre is a harp in gold embroidery, within a garter of yellow silk, inscribed HEALTHFIELD CAVALRY in gold embroidery, all within a shamrock wreath in yellow on brown silk. A crown in gold embroidery and silk above, WEXFORD below. In the four corners alternately a galloping horse and a fleur-de-lys each within a palm wreath, in gold embroidery. the reverse is in crimson coloured silk. In the centre is 'GR' embroidered in gold, with a crown in gold embroidery and silk above. Below this, on a dark grey silk ribbon, is DIEU ET MON DROIT in gold embroidery. All within a rose and thistle wreath in coloured silks. Below HONOR ET VIRTUS. In the four corners are depicted a galloping horse and OCTOBER 31 1796 each within palm wreath, in gold embroidery. Gold fringe all around.;
