Larkfield Training Lamp. Oil Lamp Container, part of "Duck-light", or "Flare", used at Larkfield Mill, Kimmage, Dublin, former H.Q. of 4th Batt., Dublin Brigade I.V., 1913-1916. As sketch. Several such lamps were used to light the mill when used for drilling e.t.c. They were filled and prepared by James and Teresa Fagan, Larkfield Lodge, Kimmage, late parents of Mrs. O'Connor, the Donor, whose house was a centre of the movement. This house is still in existence, but it is understood at this date that it will soon be demolished.;
