Legal document relating to Dr Alexandro Hugo Maguire, dated 1790. Written by notary(?) describing changes in the order of the executors of Maguire's will, due to the death of Alexo McNamara (first executor), c. 1788. Others mentioned are Domingo Thomas Terry (?) (second executor). Miguel Langton (third executor). Eduardo Murphy (fourth executor). These were all doctors in the neighbourhood in Cadiz. Murphy is moved to the first executor place in the list, then Terry, then Langton. Witnessed by Francisco Xavier Truxillo, Jose Ferrero and Jose Perau (?) of Cadiz. Joseph Cazorla (?) is the author of the document. Stamped with seal of Carlos IV on top right and 'Sello tercero, sesenta y ocho maravedis, ano de mil setecientos noventa'.
