A broadside poster in two columns, the right hand portion announcing the IRA's 1939 military campaign in England, the left portion reproducing the 1916 Proclamation. Signed 'on behalf of the Republican Government and the Army Council of Oglaigh na hEireann (Irish Republican Army)' by six persons including Stephen Hayes and Sean Russell. Part of a collection purchased by Brian Danis and presented to the National Museum of Ireland.;
