A three-headed beast, the central head being a skull with the collar 'famine', those on either side being a dog and a lion (coercion). The caption underneath reads - 'Presented without permission to H.R.H. the Prince of Wales'. The 'Jubilee Coercion Bill' was eventually passed in July 1887. By J.D. Reigh.;
