Uniform coatee of the Eighty Two Club, worn by William Smith O'Brien. Green cloth, double-breasted with tails. With shamrocks in gold braid embroidered onto the dark green velvet cuffs and upright collar, and also on the pocket flaps at the back tails. Gilt buttons bear '1782' within a wreath of shamrocks. Buttons made by Charles Clancy of Dublin. Three buttons missing.;
