Drum of and Irish Volunteer Infantry, 1804. Loughswilly Supplementaries, c. 1796 - 1820. Drum of the Loughswilly Supplementaries, a Donegal Militia unit. Crest with 'GR' intertwined, circular band around with 'Loughswilly' above and 'Supplementaries' below, all crowned. Painted around with roses, shamrock and thistles on a blue background. Plain at back. Wooden frame with skins on both ends. Frame fastened at overlapping point with metal studs.;
