Irish Nationalist Processional Sash. Green Poplin: gilt thread braid on edges, and gilt threads at each extremity. Stitched on front of sash, harp (3 inches by 2.2 inches approx.) of gilt threads on cardboard base, between two stars (diam. of either 2.6 inches) of gilt cord and sequins on paper base. Worn at Irish Nationalist demonstrations at end of 19th century. 80 inches by 6 inches approx.;
