Political cartoon, supplement to the United Ireland, 10 September 1892. Titled 'The New Government - The Old Story'. Colour print in blue, orange and black depicting Cork Shipwright and 1st Lord of the Admiralty on the docks while ships sail out of the harbour in the distance. The Shipwright asks 'What are our harbours for?' and is answered 'To enable us to examine our ships and see if they want repairs'. He goes on to ask 'And the repairs...?' to which the reply is 'Must be executed in England'. By J.D. Reigh.;
