The were £20,000 some years ago, they were £16,000 in 1882, they amounted in 1885 to £8,000, and this year they are nothing at all'. Set in the office of 'Sangnetti, Money Lender', with a scrooge-like figure wearing a crown (possibly Lord Clanricarde or Sangnetti), while outside of the office stands a Irish male holding the Plan of Campaign.;
