Political cartoon, supplement to the United Ireland, 7 December 1889. Titled 'Peter the Packer'. Colour print in blue, red and black depicting the Lord Chief Justice in Ireland, as a representation of 'Justitia'. Standing on a pedestal, he wears a headband bearing the word 'Corruption' and holds a knife and noose bearing the words 'Jury Packing' and 'Gambling for Human life' respectively.
