Fenians Printed Booklet. "Constitution" (of the Fenian (I.R.B.). Organization in the U.S.A. (referred to in the text as "the V.C."). Copy which belonged to donor as a member of the Fenian Circle, (The Robert Emmet Literary Society) in Portland, Oregon, early 20th century. No printer's name. 32 pages, 6 inches x 4.5 inches, in grey paper cover. With the booklet are: (1) Printed list of members, dated January 29, 1916 and (2) printed sheet of "Instructions" (passwords, etc.) marked "Good until first meeting in October, 1916".;
