printing plate / Irish Sweepstakes

Portion of printing press possibly connected with the Irish Sweepstakes. Rusted circular object (d.7.3cm). Openwork which had 12 stokes (2 now missing) radiating from a centre (c.4cm d.) to the circumference. Found in the National Library with no note as to its provenance wrapped in a piece of paper bearing the legend "Switch, from (printing press?) at? Delville - all in a page at gestetnered Press Bulletin No.113 'dated 7th April 1933' concerning Irish Sweepstake results.;
