Part of a collection of items belonging to Commissioner John J. Jones, who began his career in the RIC as a cadet, and then transferred to Dublin Metropolitan Police as Commissioner in the 1890’s. The collection comprises 6 medals and an album of items relating to Queen Victoria’s visit to Dublin 1900.;
