Parchment conferring the freedom of the City of Limerick on Maud Gonne (the lender), presented to her by Mayor John Daly, 13.12.1900 in recognition of her work for the release of the Irish Treason Felony prisoners, and the carved oak casket (with inscription on silver plate affixed) in which the parchment is contained.;
