Description as 1945.103 (Obverse: in centre a circular panel - a ship sinking and a rowing boat manned and pulled by oars going to the rescue, set in a celtic cross shaped exterior with a double vertical limb tapering upwards. Above two male figures reclining. On the right a lighthouse. On the left the sun shining. At the foot an eagle with wings displayed between sprays of laurel.
