Counterpart; Seal of the Executive Council, Saorstat Eireann. Copper. State seal in red leather presentation box. Decorated with Celtic design all around in relief, in the centre is an Irish harp with the word 'Saorstat' to its left and 'Eireann' to its right. Around top is 'An Ard-Comhairle', around the bottom is 'The Executive Council'. Bottom piece the same, but in reverse and engraved rather than in relief.;
