Photograph, reproduced from the Locomotive Magazine, of Engine number 4, W. and T.R., Bury tank engine, Waterford and Tramore Railway. Well tank engine No. 4, built by Bury, Curtis and Kennedy, Liverpool c. 1845. Rebuilt 1867, when dome, cab, injectors etc added. In use in 1900, when said to have been the oldest locomotive in service in these islands. It should be compared with the Great Southern and Western Railway Locomotive No. 36. Cyliners -13" by 18".
