‘A Schedule of what Lands, Tennements, Heriditaments have been sold or disposed of by His Grace James Duke of Ormond pursuant to a power given him by a late Act of Parliament made at Westminster in the Twelfth and Thirteenth Yeares of the Raign of His Late Majestic Williamthe Third for enabling the said Duke to sell lands and the rents whereof reserved or reservable by a former Act of Parliament enabling the siad Duke to make leases for three Lives renewable were not to Exceed Twelve Hundred pounds per Annum’. Three parchment pages with scehdule, with a document with red wax seal regarding the sale of the land of The Pallace Garden near Oxmantown Green, City of Dublin, to the Right Honourable Richard Ingoldsby, Sir William Robinson, Knight Sir Thomas Southwall, Richard Gorges and Thomas Burghell(?), in trust for her Majesty, Her House and Successors, and in the year 1687 left to _ Miller at the yearly rent of 15 pounds sterling and together with sixpence sterling pound for(?) sallary but reducable by the late Acts of Parliament to 10 pounds four shillings and one halfepence sterling.;
