Medal, the 1914-1915 Star. Awarded to M. E. O’Sullivan (Muriel), who was Capt O’Sullivan’s sister who served in the VAD (Voluntary Aid Detachment). In addition is a smaller medal issued by the St Johns Ambulance Association and engraved at the rear 204848 Muriel E O’Sullivan together with a small bar bearing the date 1917.
