RUTHVEN ELECTED FOR THE CITY OF DUBLIN DECr 17th 1832. Reverse depicts a group, one of which is trying to break a bundle of sticks, below -ARK---DUBLIN. Around BY UNION LEGISLATIVE INDEPENDENCE WILL BE OBTAINED.;
