The Last Will and Testament of Lord Edward Fitzgerald, dated 27th May 1798. "I, Lord Edward Fitgerald of the City of Dublin, being of sound mind and memory, do make and publish this as and for my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills which have been made by me...". Beneficiaries include brother Lord Henry Fitzgerald and his heirs, wife Pamela Fitzgerald and their children. Lord Henry is named sole Executor. Signed by Lord Edward, red seal matrix intact. Witnessed by George Stewart, Isaac Corry, Alexander Lindsey and another (not deciphered at this time). Two pages, Dated 27th May 1798. Seal of a head of a classical figure. Holograph signature of Edward Fitzgerald. Signatures of witnesses Alexander Lindsay, George Stewart (Surgeon General) and Sam ? Stone.;
