Sugar bowl, with portrait of John Dillon, part of a 32 piece tea set by Skelton and Plant, England, c. 1888. Semi-spherical bowl with upright foot. With a portrait of John Dillon above clasped hands on one face, the figure of Hibernia and a round tower and a wolfhound spaced at three and nine o'clock, each surrounded by sprays of shamrocks which then taper into a frieze at the back. Registration mark 100761 above 'S & P'.;
