Religious medal, cross-shaped, with smaller crosses in between each arm. Disc in centre with smaller disc on arms. Religious scenes depicted within them all. At each of the arms is a word - Sacri, Itineris, Hierosol and Signum. Reverse as front. Mounting ribbon with red, blue, white and yellow stripes. Presented to Eamon de Valera.;
