Signatures include Eamon de Valera, Liam Mellows, Sean Milroy, Cathal Brugha etc., mostly dated 24, 25, 26 August 1921, Erskine Childers on 28th April. Unknown place or owner, but . the names and dates may indicate this is related to the sitting of the 2nd Dail in August 1921, at the Mansion House, Dublin. Small book with a red leather cover, 'Album' in gold lettering.;
