Green poplin with nine stringed yellow harp in centre decorated with interlaced motifs. Open dexter hand in red in corner. Flag fringed in silk and cotton. Paint is a household paint on a white undercoat. Four feet and six inches by four feet and three inches. (G. Hayes-McCoy);
