Flag presented to the Irish Volunteers in Celtic Park, Derry, by Charles O'Neill in September 1914. Designed by F.J. Bigger. Green poplin with nine stringed yellow harp in centre decorated with interlaced motifs. Open dexter hand in red in corner. Flag fringed in silk and cotton. Paint is a household paint on a white undercoat. Four feet and six inches by four feet and three inches. (G. Hayes-McCoy);
