Mr Kellogg received by President William Cosgrave and and other Ministers at Dun Laoghaire. American Minister's visit to Ireland. Mr Frank Kellogg, Secretary of State, U.S.A., paid a visit to Dublin in August 1928. He was accorded a public reception and received the Freedom of the City. Photos show Mr Kellogg's arrival at Dun Laoghaire where he was received by President William Cosgrave and and other Ministers. The procession passing through Dawson Street and the arrival at the Mansion House where the Irish and American National Anthems were played while the Military Guard of Honour stood to attention.
