Metal army supply water flask, made in Berlin, engraved and decorated as German Prisoner of War Art at Templemore Prisoner of War Camp, Ireland, World War I, by Albert Skirde, dated 15 October 1914. Front decorated with the German Eagle, with scroll reading 'Mit Gott fur Koenig und Vaterland'. Underneath a scroll reads 'Kanonendonner war unser Gruss'. The back is inscribed 'Souvenier Feldzug 1914. Erinnert an die Zeit als Kriegsgefangener in England. Templemore (Irl.) 15 Oct 1914'.;
