Pouch for the Great Seal of Ireland. Reign of William IV. 2" by 1 1/2". Red velvet base with gilt thread. 3/4" border around and 4" gilt thread fringe below. Three raised padded floral devices at top over a shield bearing the royal coat of arms with supporters and motto in gilt thread and raised padded work. Cherubs above, below and on either side.;
