House built by John Dillon for the Widow Bonar, Gweedore. One of the first Land League Houses, known as John Dillon House. The little broken house near it is the one from which the old widow was evicted. Titled 'Ruthless Landlordism and its Results'. One of a set of fourteen Irish political cartoons, December 1881, February, June, August and October 1882 and February, March, August, September, October, November, December 1883. Given away as supplements with the "Weekly Freeman". Printed in colours, depicting current Irish political events. Subject - "Evictions".;
