Postcard cartoon; sketch or drawing appropriating the His Master's Voice symbol as propaganda. With the head of David Lloyd George, British Prime Minister, emerging from a gramophone, the dog wearing a cap with N.U.R. 'Handle munitions to kill Irishmen? Of course you must'. Original artwork modified by hand with the following changes; Lloyd George wearing a hat, next to his head is a notice with the words 'England's debt to America $4,500,000,000'. The dog's head is replaced with the head of a male with his at blowing off above, the dog is standing on a drawn outline of Ireland, the word scoot wrtiien next to the dog, on the dog is written 'Battered and Bruised in Flanders', underneath all is written ' Uncle Sam Guess the Eagle will scare this old bonelicker'.
