Large, framed hand painted certificate. Presented to Eamon De Valera. Text is in Irish and reads "Failtiu Eamon De Valera Uachtaran na hEireann chuig Caislean a' Bharraigh ar ocaid bhronnta Throfai agus duaiseanna Glor na nGael ar an 27 Bealtaine 1973". Ten signatures on the bottom. The text is bordered by Celtic designs. In the top right hand corner there is a small painted drawing of Eamonn De Valera himself. Two crests also painted, one with a gold harp on a blue background and, at the bottom of the certifiacte, a white 'X' with green crosses on a red background, with designs of a castle, two trees and two weapons.;
