World War I diary of Lieutenent George Creagh Jenings of the 1st Battalion King's Shropshire Light Infantry. He was killed in action in Belgium on Friday 6 November, aged 27. Buried at Ploegsteert. The diray was written from 7 September to Wednesday 4 November 1914, two days before he was killed.
